COVID-19 Message to Customers

Dear Customers and Friends,

 

At Indoor Air Professionals and the Kanberra Group, our customers and employees are like family. Like you, during these last weeks, we’ve been focused on keeping safe and making plans about how best to move forward. We will continue to run our field services, manufacturing facility and offices as best we can, though our priority is the health and well-being of our staff, our customers, and the larger community.

We’re monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and doing our best to follow guidance about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak from federal, state and local agencies, including the CDC and other health organizations.

For now, we will remain open and we continue to get your products manufactured for the future. We encourage you to contact us via our website (Chat), email or phone regarding any questions or concerns.

As we interact with customers, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We are in continuous communication with our employees regarding best practices and are providing them with the resources they need to perform their jobs safely.

We are postponing travel, limiting meetings, providing remote-work solutions, and encouraging employees to stay home if they or their families show symptoms. We are limiting the number of people in our office.

We expect that guidelines and recommendations for safety will be updated and changes will likely occur rapidly. We will update our website with any and all changes as soon as possible throughout this period.

We are confident that by keeping our priorities straight, following best practices, and supporting each other, we will emerge from this better and stronger.
